Question 1

How does 233digital work?

Accepted Answer

233digital provides mobile data bundles for all major networks in Ghana (MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo) and WASSCE/BECE result checkers. Simply select your product, enter the recipient phone number, and complete payment through our secure Paystack gateway. Data bundles are delivered directly to your phone, and result checker PINs are sent via SMS within minutes.

Question 2

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Data delivery varies by network. MTN may need to verify a new recipient number before delivery, and that wait can last several days or longer. You can check an MTN number before paying, or continue after acknowledging the possible delay. Result checker details are issued after payment and sent by SMS.

Question 3

Can I check an MTN number before buying data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose an MTN bundle, enter the recipient number, and select Verify MTN number. The free check shows whether MTN can currently serve the number. A new number may need a 1GB activation bundle first. You may still order after accepting the possible wait; our team can track the order but cannot speed up MTN verification.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major payment methods through Paystack including Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit encryption.

Question 5

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds will be issued for wrong phone numbers or incorrect transactions. Always verify the recipient phone number carefully before confirming your purchase. Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. If you experience a delivery failure due to our system error, contact support immediately.

Question 6

Which phone numbers are supported for AirtelTigo?

Accepted Answer

AirtelTigo bundles work only with valid AirtelTigo numbers starting with these prefixes: 026, 056, 027, 057, 023, 053. Our AirtelTigo service uses a premium gateway with priority processing and enhanced reliability.

Question 7

Can I buy data for someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can enter any valid phone number as the recipient. Just make sure to double-check the number before completing your purchase, as we cannot reverse or refund transactions sent to wrong numbers.

Question 8

Do I need an account to purchase?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase as a guest for result checkers (Serial & PIN displayed on screen after payment). For data bundles, creating a free account allows you to view your order history, track deliveries, and manage your transactions.

Question 9

How do I buy WASSCE or BECE result checker?

Accepted Answer

Visit our Result Checkers page, select WASSCE or BECE, enter your phone number for SMS delivery, and complete payment via Paystack. Your Serial Number and PIN will be sent to your phone within 1-5 minutes. Each checker costs GHS 25.

Question 10

Can I place multiple orders at once?

Accepted Answer

Do not place orders for the same phone number at the same time interval. One order will be rejected and no refund will be provided. Wait for your first order to complete before placing another.

Question 11

Can I become an agent and resell data?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a dedicated agent platform where you can buy data at discounted prices and resell to your customers for profit. Visit agents.233digital.com to learn more and register.

Question 12

What if my order fails or doesn't arrive?

Accepted Answer

If you've paid but haven't received your data bundle or result checker within the expected time, please contact our support team immediately with your order reference number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue. You can reach us via the contact page or WhatsApp at +233 20 399 1678.

Question 13

Are Turbonet and broadband SIM cards supported?

Accepted Answer
